Idina Menzel is down to #GiveElsaAGirlfriend

Idina Menzel is all for Elsa building a snowman with her girlfriend.

While walking the carpet for Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, Entertainment Tonight asked Menzel about the #GiveElsaAGirlfriend campaign that pushed for her character to have a lady love interest in the Frozen sequel.

"I think it's great that she's stirring it up," Menzel told Cameron Mathison. "Disney's just gotta contend with that. I'll let them figure that out."

The hashtag started to trend after Feminist Culture founder Alexis Isabel Moncada tweeted the request in April.

And the blessing of Menzel has to be a sign not to Let It Go, right?
