Jamie Lynn Spears is 'not just someone's sister' in new TLC special

Jamie Lynn Spears is opening up about her life as a teen star, teen mom and a younger sister to one of the biggest pop stars in the world.

In a tell-all TLC special, Jamie Lynn Spears: When the Lights Go Out, Spears opens up about her teen pregnancy and growing up as Britney Spears' kid sister, asserting, "I'm not just a child star, and I'm not just someone's sister, and I'm not just a teen mom."

The preview for the hour-long special will tell the "real story" about her pregnancy at age 16 — when she was still starring in Nickelodeon's Zoey 101 — and what as happened since.

The special will air on TLC June 26. The 25-year-old singer will also premiere her new single, "Sleepover," on the same day, according to Rolling Stone.
