Chad goes off, Jordan talks about his past next week on 'The Bachelorette'
Things are getting scary on The Bachelorette.
In a clip, that ABC shared with E!, the network warned us that Chad-ageddon is upon us.
Unfortunately that's not a sigh-worthy reenactment where meat-lovin' contestant Chad Johnson plays animal crackers with JoJo Fletcher. It's a warning that a protein-packed asteroid is heading straight for the mansion, and no one is safe.
In the promo, Chad threatens to "cut everyone here's legs off and arms off." So, it's a good thing they hired a security guard.
The luxury real estate agent, who citesThe Notebook as one of his favorite movies — seriously — can also be seen pushing Evan and punching a door.
There's blood, JoJo screaming, and one last haunting threat from Chad for good measure directed at Jordan. "One day this ends," Chad said. "And when this ends, you think I can't find you?"
Um, you leave Jordan alone, Chad. He's our frontrunner and breaking old habits in the hopes of ending up with JoJo.
In a clip from Monday's show (remember two new episodes will air next week) Jordan talks to JoJo about his past.
"I had a serious girlfriend a few years ago," Aaron Rodgers' little bro said. "I think I made a lot of mistakes as far as putting things ahead of that relationship and, like, insecurities, and who I was, and where my career was at, and where I thought I should be, and the person I thought I should be. And, so that affected a lot the person I was in that relationship."
In an on-camera interview, Jordan said since that break up he's been careful not to get heartbroken, but understands he has to be willing to be vulnerable if he wants to fall in love. And JoJo encouraged Jordan to let down his walls.
"I'm so open and excited about you that I want to start developing our relationship," she told the former pro footballer who seems to be excited about possibly having a future with The Bachelorette.
"When I'm around you, I have a feeling I haven't had in a really long time," he said. "And it's scary, but it's also the best thing that I wake up to every morning." Aww, now we really hope you aren't a Chad-ageddon casualty.
The Bachelorette is all new on Monday and Tuesday next week. If you haven't had a chance to catch up this season, check out our recaps for all you need to know.
