Lea Michele goes full Hannibal Lecter in 'Scream Queens' season 2 trailer

If you recall from Scream Queens Season 1, the Fox horror-comedy from Ryan Murphy, the show gave Lea Michele a whole new look as an outcast joining a sorority.

Well, the hospital-set second season, which has enlisted Taylor Lautner and John Stamos to join the star-studded cast, has given Michele another new look. And this one is just a little bit more terrifying.

Yes, that's a Hannibal Lecter mask. No big deal.

Also on the menu for the second season? Pink hospital outfits, lots of inappropriate interaction between doctor and patient, and Jamie Lee Curtis' smarmy smile. So the tone of the first season is being preserved.

Scream Queens returns to Fox on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
