Style inspiration Solange Knowles is the face of Michael Kors' new campaign


Blue Ivy may have gotten Knowles-Carter fans in Formation with her flawless July photo shoot, but it’s Solange Knowles’ new campaign that has us bowing down.

The chameleonic fashionista serves as the new face of Michael Kors' first-ever street style campaign, The Walk.

Directed by the Wednesday Agency, one of the promotional videos for the campaign follows Knowles as she eases down the streets of Manhattan, her loose waves giving us all natural hair envy. And of course, the star is dressed to kill in a faux fur jacket and black leather culottes — pieces from Kors' fall ready-to-wear collection — channeling the effortless, cool girl whose wardrobe you always coveted.

Joining Knowles for the campaign are models Soo Joo Park and Nina Agdal as well as Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark. But entertainment — and bona fide — royalty aren't the only ones who can get in on Kors' street style push. According to Billboard, customers can tag pictures of themselves in the brand along with the hashtag, #SidewalkSpotted, for a chance to be profiled on the campaign's website.
