We caught up with two-thirds of the record-breaking female rap group at the Macy's Fashion's Front Row event Wednesday night, and we were stunned when Sandra Denton, aka Pepa, reminded us that it's been 30 years since the release of Hot, Cool & Vicious. Especially since we were all channeling the '90s with Pepa in head-to-toe Versace and us in black slip dresses, jumpsuits and chokers. Then, once inside, DJ Spinderalla, née Deidra Muriel Roper, spun in a DJ booth above the crowd in Madison Square Garden and Tommy Hilfiger clothes hit the stage.

Wayback Wednesday, anyone?

There were a few signs we're in 2016 and not the early '90s, however. Namely the magnitude of tweets, and Spinderella's daughter, Christy Ray, who joined her mom, spinning on stage.

Here's to the next 30 years of pushing musical boundaries.
