Seth Meyers: Trump was so unprepared for debate he 'maybe forgot Hillary's name'

That's a lot of jokes to write in just two hours.

Seth Meyers, who has been getting increasingly political on Late Night during this election season, went live after the first presidential debate on Monday night, which was apparently enough time to look at each candidate's performance in the much-hyped event. But the comedian had some more, er, thoughts about one candidate in particular.

“Trump was so unprepared that at one point it looked like he maybe forgot Hillary’s name,” Meyers said, and then played a clip in which Trump asked the Democratic candidate if it was OK to call her Secretary Clinton.

He also slammed Trump's debate prep, and the reported lowering of expectations from his campaign before the debate. “Yeah, his head doesn’t have room for facts and figures because it has to hold seven words," Meyers said before showing a graphic that listed "best," "huge," "Ivanka," "tremendous," "great," "wall" and "big."
