Emmy Rossum, Duchess Kate are twinning in that gorgeous red Preen gown

It's the Preen dress so nice it had to be worn twice.

Actress Emmy Rossum is engaged to Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail, and at a luncheon celebrating their upcoming nuptials — and what might be the greatest wedding hashtag ever, #youvegotesmail — the Shameless star donned a beautiful ankle-length red dress. She paired the A-line ensemble with nude strappy heels and natural makeup.

Last week, Duchess Kate picked the very same gown to wear to a reception at Government House during the Royal Tour of Canada, likely causing small earthquakes when so many jaws collectively dropped. While the dress is still available in select sizes in black, we are incredibly jealous that Rossum and/or her stylist has the same great taste as Kate and picked up the dress in red before it sold out.

Like Rossum, Duchess Kate pulled her hair back, but matched her dress with red pumps and a blingy ode to her host country, the Queen's diamond Maple Leaf brooch.
