Hailey Baldwin: 'I don’t really understand the Taylor Swift squad at all'

Ruler of the runway, Hailey Baldwin, shaded Taylor Swift’s tribe of successful women that includes Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, Blake Lively, Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge, Lorde, Cara Delevingne, Lena Dunham and Ruby Rose in an interview published Monday.

“I don’t think that you need to create a public squad,” Baldwin told Yahoo7 Be. “I don’t know what that proves.”

The 20-year-old added, “I don’t really understand the Taylor Swift squad at all.”

Guess Baldwin forgot about the times she celebrated Hadid’s 21st and cozied up next to Aldridge?

To make things even more awkward, the model definitely runs with a crew that includes Hadid’s fellow Victoria’s Secret models, her sister Bella and her BFF Kendall Jenner.

The budding makeup mogul, who released a limited edition collaboration with ModelCo, said she has a crew, but doesn’t “know what having a squad means. I just have my friends and that’s it.”

We'll chalk this up as just one more thing to shake off.
