Duchess Kate looks positively regal in Jenny Packham gown, tiara
Hello, Duchess.
Duchess Kate of Cambridge pulled out an oldie-but-goodie Thursday night for the annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace: A bespoke Jenny Packham gown.
The Duchess of Fab first debuted the gown — a lacy design with a fitted bodice and a flare silhouette — during her first-ever state banquet last October. Ever the fashion ambassador, Kate selected the scarlet number to showcase her respect for Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan. And with the Papyrus Tiara topping off the look, Kate was the toast of the night.
For Thursday’s affair, Kate recycled the dress but went with a different tiara — this time, the Cambridge Lover's Knot.
Gotta switch it up a little, right?
