Watch Ellen give Ryan Gosling a Roomba — with her face on it

Ryan Gosling has a lot of feelings about his vacuum cleaner.

The La La Land actor stopped by Ellen on Friday, where the host asked Gosling about his Christmas present for his wife, Eva Mendes.

"I think we should get a Roomba for our Roomba," Gosling joked, before revealing how much he actually thinks about his automated vacuuming robot.

"It works tirelessly, at night, I can hear it cleaning downstairs and I just feel bad for it," he said. "When it's tired, it goes home and it docks itself and recharges. If it hits your foot, it acts ashamed."

Since the Roomba is a valued member of the Gosling/Mendes clan, the host had her Christmas gift ready for Gosling: a Roomba with her face on it.

"It's a lot more beautiful than the one I have," he said, holding it up as the crowd applauded.
