Chrissy Teigen gets real about the polished life of social media with Luna's Santa photos

If Santa is making a list and checking it twice, model/culinary connoisseur Chrissy Teigen's name should be on it for always keeping it real, even on highly curated social media.

John Legend's Toycracker co-star shared photos of their daughter Luna, born in April, sitting on Santa's lap Wednesday.

"Gorgeous photo!! And she wasn't scared," Twitter user @SusieFierce wrote. @Andrea_Hawkins2 commented, "Didn't even cry. What a big girl."

Perhaps to keep from getting coal in her stocking, or to alleviate pressure on parents everywhere, Teigen came clean about the pictures Thursday, letting her followers know exactly how orchestrated posts can be.

And that is why she is the gift that keeps on giving.
