Kerry Washington says Obama danced until 3:30 a.m. at final White House bash
Perhaps Barack Obama was influenced by his wife Michelle's Let’s Move! initiative. Or maybe celebrating eight years of a historic presidency alongside stars like John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Tom Hanks, Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis, and Usher inspired the POTUS to make like Lionel Richie and go All Night Long.
Whatever his motivation, partygoer and Golden Globe nominee Kerry Washington shared that the president really got down at the final White House bash on Sunday’s red carpet.
“(The party) went real late,” the Confirmation star told E!’s Ryan Seacrest. “We left at 3:30 a.m. and people were still on the dance floor.”
“What time did POTUS wrap up?” Seacrest asked.
“When I left he was still dancing,” Washington said. “He deserves a party, don’t you think?”
We wholeheartedly approve of any excuse for President Obama to show off his moves.
