Michelle Obama gets a touching Stevie Wonder serenade on 'Fallon'
Michelle Obama bid farewell to America on Wednesday night's Tonight Show. There to send her off was Stevie Wonder, a longtime favorite artist of the Obamas, who gave Michelle her own personal serenade.
Wonder began by singing Isn't She Lovely to Obama, before giving My Cherie Amour a first lady-themed update, changing the words to My Michelle Amour.
The two shared a loving embrace after the performance ended.
Earlier, in a special FLOTUS-themed segment of "Thank-You Letters," Fallon made the case for four more years of Michelle. "Finally, thank you, Mrs. Obama, for always promoting physical fitness," he read aloud to Obama. "And hey, since you like exercising so much, how about running for president?"
