Model and designer collaborations aren't revolutionary but TommyXGigi, which launches Friday, feels like a novel concept for the storied brand. And Tommy Hilfiger knows it.

Gigi Hadid is really excited about her second TommyXGigi collection.
She announced Saturday on Twitter that she'd just finished a styling session for her next collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger, to be paraded during New York Fashion Week, which runs from Feb. 9-17.
If the dark denim belted jumpsuit she's sporting in the photo below is any example, we're in for a very 1970s show.
Hadid and Hilfiger launched their first collection at the last edition of New York Fashion Week in September.
“I honestly designed every piece as something I would wear,” she told Paste BN during a preview.
