Missy Elliott releases new single, video called 'I'm Better' featuring Lamb

Missy Elliott can Work It — even under water. The rapper is thoughtfully sending us into the weekend with a new single and accompanying video called I'm Better, which also features Lamb.

In addition to laying down the track, Misdemeanor also co-directed the music video with Dave Meyers and choreographed the innovative routines with Sean Bankhead.

After being tied to the ceiling and rocking light-up face shields, Missy's background dancers, with the artists, take the plunge to the underwater pool party of our dreams.

Missy's fashions are enjoyable as the song itself, which gives a nod to one of Shonda Rhimes' primetime shows.

"He say I'm too much, I'm a handful/He watching my body like he watching Scandal/But I'm just here, with my girls," Missy raps.

Throughout the video, Missy also blesses us with numerous colorful and eclectic looks that she can pull off as no one can, including blue hair, a black ensemble with long red feathers at the shoulders, and a metallic gold lip, which is apparently "waterproof."
