Kristen Stewart 'disappointed' Trump wouldn't discuss his tweets about her

Kristen Stewart appeared on The Late Show Thursday sporting her freshly shaved head and necklaces that appeared to present a problem for the show's sound person.

She and Stephen Colbert discussed her new 'do and her film, Personal Shopper, out today. The host also couldn't resist asking the actress about Trump's messages of 140 characters or less that he penned about her.

"Well, listen, you have an honor – if I can call it that – that so few people have. You were one of the first people on Twitter that our president, Donald Trump, attacked repeatedly," Colbert told his guest before reading a Trump tweet from 2012 while doing an impression of the nation's leader.

"Hey man, that's whatever," Stewart said before brushing the dirt off her shoulder like a boss.

"Did this teach you how to deal with bullies?" Colbert asked, causing Bella Swan to giggle. "'Cause that's bully behavior. Why do you think he attacked you?" The Late Show host inquired.

Stewart admitted that she didn't know what the president's motivation could've been and that she tried to reach out. "He doesn't respond," she shared. "I did it publicly, and he didn't publicly respond. I was kind of disappointed.

"I don't know, man. We're all different," she continued. "That's okay. Celebrate the differences. Whatever."

Stewart addressed the president's tweets in her Saturday Night Live monologue last month, which included one F-bomb.

"It was funny, because I got through every single dress rehearsal without ever (swearing) in a scene," she revealed to Paste BN, "and before we actually went live, every single person was like, 'You're going to do great, it'll be over in an hour, just let the show catch you, and please, please, please don't say (the F-word).' I was like, 'I won't, trust me, there's no way.' And, of course, (I did) in like the first five minutes."

Classic.
