Bon Jovi, Chili Peppers, The Roots honor Chuck Berry in concerts Saturday

While many big musicians paid tribute to legend Chuck Berry, whose death was announced Saturday, via posts on social media, others turned their Saturday concerts into an opportunity to show their appreciation.

All the artists did renditions of Johnny B. Goode, perhaps Berry's most recognizable hit.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers in Vancouver

Hanson in Austin

And The Roots, also in Austin for South by Southwest festival, did their own tribute performance.
