Hillary Clinton models Millennial-pink heels for Katy Perry's shoe line

Hillary Clinton is getting a kick out of a certain pair of pink heels from Katy Perry's shoe line.

The singer posted a picture of Clinton wearing a pair of cute-yet-sensible pumps from her Katy Perry Collections line.

And the former presidential candidate wasn't just wearing any pair of shoes. "@HillaryClinton is wearing #TheHillary (OMG I LOVE HER SO MUCH)," Perry wrote in the caption, pointing out that the heels bear Clinton's name.

According to the Katy Perry Collection website, the Hillary shoe is a suede pump with a 3.5-inch Lucite heel with sparkling stars and moons inside. Clinton modeled the Hillary heels in a super-trendy Millennial-pink hue, with the shoes also available in seafoam green.

The two women, who also share the same Oct. 26 birthday, have a long history of friendship, with Perry stumping for Clinton during her presidential campaign. Clinton recently honored Perry in a surprise speech at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball, calling Perry "a global megastar, a social media queen with the most Twitter followers in the world...and someone whose powerful voice and creative lyrics remind us when you get knocked down to get back up.”
