Kanye West, Kim Kardashian share rare family photos before 'KUWTK' premiere

On Sunday night, a new Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode revealed Kim Kardashian-West's emotional reaction to her husband Kanye West's hospitalization.

The episode happened to premiere on Easter Sunday, and Kim and Kanye presented a united front on Instagram, with Kim sharing a rare family photo.

"Easter 2017," she wrote in the caption, showing their 3-year-old daughter North and 16-month-old son Saint dressed in coordinating white outfits.

Kim also shared photos from the family's Easter celebrations, showing "Dadye" entertaining the kids in a bunny suit. Along with Kim's sis Kourtney Kardashian, the couple's friends attending the outdoor festivities were Chrissy Teigen, John Legend and their 12-month-old daughter Luna.

Legend also donned a bunny suit to entertain the kids, according to photos from Teigen's mom Vilailuck Teigen.

Later that evening, a new episode of Keeping Up portrayed Kim's tearful reaction after her husband was admitted to the hospital for exhaustion in November 2016 , telling her family that she felt a "sense of responsibility" for the ordeal.

However, she also attempted to dispel rumors of marital discord, telling Khloé Kardashian about a moment she shared with Kanye at the hospital.

"Kanye was really cute," Kim said. "He was like, 'So, this is what for better and worse means?' and I'm like, 'Yeah. This is being a wife. This is what you got to do."
