CMT Music Awards: Kelsea Ballerini, Hillary Scott among best-dressed
It's hard to avoid sequins and cowboy boots (often in the same outfit) at country music awards shows. But lately, the women of the Nashville have been a little less predictable with their red-carpet fashion.
At the CMT Music Awards Wednesday night, several ladies took fashion risks that paid off.
Hillary Scott
The Lady Antebellum singer's styling was on point. Her playful Rixo London wrap dress with rainbow-colored stars and moons print was bold but sophisticated with black sandals, Swarovski earrings and a purple smokey eye.
Jada Pinkett-Smith
The actress brought a little refinement to the carpet in a lilac Carolina Herrera gown, showing off her incredible figure.
Kelsea Ballerini
A hot dress for a hot rising star — the cut-outs in Ballerini's Haney dress hit all the right places.
Maggie Rose
Same goes for the I Ain't Your Momma singer, who went with a similar metallic look.
Rachel Bilson
The mix of girly ruffles, leather and studs in this Rodarte look made a big impression for the actress.
Nicole Kidman
The woman has been on a roll. In addition to a half-dozen new roles, the actress has been on a fashion tour de force, and didn't stop at the CMTs with this lacy, black dress from Off-White.
