'America's Got Talent' singer Chase Goehring wins the golden buzzer from DJ Khaled

Can we talk about America's Got Talent contestant Chase Goehring for a second?

The 21-year-old singer-songwriter hit the stage with another original song Tuesday.

While he won hearts with Hurt (a song he wrote about a girl he wanted to rescue from a bad relationship) at his first audition, he said his second song — A Capella —  focused on him and his approach to the songwriting business.

Throughout the song, Goehring says he just wants to continue "keepin' it real — kinda like an a capella," which are also lyrics at the end of the song's chorus.

He's humble, too. Goehring begins the song with: "I'm out to be the best me that I can be / Working on my craft day in and out / You know that's what I'm about." He also sings that he wants to do all he can "to become better."

And while there's a lot of deep thoughts in the song, he's not afraid to joke around either.

"Would say that I put my soul all up in them but I am a ginger, you know how that goes," Goehring raps in another line.

He had the audience singing along by the end, and he earned the golden buzzer from guest judge DJ Khaled, who even told Goehring they should work together in the future.

"You're on your way to be a star," Khaled said.

In the meantime, we'll have A Capella on repeat
