Ben Affleck, girlfriend Lindsay Shookus attend Emmys in first major Hollywood outing

Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus may be largely keeping their romance away from the cameras, but that didn't stop the newly-public couple from attending the Emmys Sunday night.
While Affleck and Shookus have periodically stepped out over the past few months, with photographers recently spotting them at the U.S. Open, the Emmys marks the first high-profile awards show the couple has attended together.
Shookus, a producer for Saturday Night Live, attended the awards with her co-workers on the NBC Saturday night staple, which took home the Emmy for best variety sketch series.
Affleck and Shookus stayed away from the red carpet and didn't talk to press, but were spotted entering the ceremonies together, according to a video captured by the Hollywood Reporter's Scott Feinberg.
After the show, Affleck and Shookus sat together at HBO's Emmys after-party, appearing in a photo with Curb Your Enthusiasm stars Larry David and Jeff Garlin.
In July, a person familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly confirmed to Paste BN that Affleck and Shookus are an item.
Affleck and ex Jennifer Garner reportedly filed for divorce in April. The two announced they were separating in 2015 after 10 years of marriage. They have three children together: Violet, Seraphina and Sam.
Shookus is still married to her estranged husband, fellow SNL colleague Kevin Miller. The two married in 2010 and have one child together.
