Pregnant Duchess Kate plays 'bandy hockey' in Sweden
Never heard of "bandy hockey?"
The world's second most popular winter sport shares similarities with ice hockey and soccer, and is a favorite pastime in Europe.
So naturally, Duchess Kate, who played field hockey while attending school, had to give the sport a try during her first official visit to Sweden, picking up bandy sticks during a stop in Stockholm with Prince William on Tuesday.
Kate, who is currently pregnant with her third child, lost the game to Will in a penalty shootout, staying warm in a fur-lined Burberry coat and a sweater from Swedish designer Fjallraven.
After the game, the royals lunched with Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia and visiting a Nobel prize museum. On Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to Norway for a two-day trip.
