When Julia Long wanted to send a fourth birthday greeting from California to her grandson, Denver, in Texas, she came up with an ingenious way of doing it. As she’s scared of flying, Julia decided to “air mail” her best wishes by releasing happy birthday balloons while Denver watched her on the phone.
Moments later, the balloons miraculously appeared outside Denver’s house some 1,000 miles away. Now that’s birthday magic.
