Six-year-old Harvey of Smithfield, North Carolina, had been with his foster parents, Brian and Megan Raby, since the age of two. Without a doubt, their home was Harvey's happy place. However, as with any foster child, there was always that unspoken longing to know he had a permanent family.
Happily, his foster parents felt the same way about Harvey as he did about them. So, they secretly decided to adopt him. Once it was official, they told him the good news, and his reaction was priceless!
