Retiring American Airlines pilot Jeff Fell delivered a heartwarming message to his passengers and crew as he conducted his final flight before retirement.
Fell thanked the travelers for their support throughout his 32-year career with the airline.

"If I get a little emotional, please forgive me for that," said Fell. "I normally don't stand up in front of everybody like this. I usually just stay in the cockpit and talk on the PA."
Fell also acknowledged the support of his family, who were onboard to celebrate his career.
