A Wisconsin woman who hadn't seen her biological father in more than 20 years drove hours and across state lines for the chance to finally reunite.
Jessica Kosobucki traveled to the home of her father, Larry Riddle, who lives in Man, West Virginia, without him knowing. The pair hadn't seen each other since 1997.
Citing family strife as the reason for the decades-long estrangement, Kosobucki got in touch with Larry's wife and asked if they might all be able to meet, saying she believed it was time after so many years apart.
The two women conspired to make the visit a surprise and told Riddle to close his eyes before she entered the house. Kosobucki's half-brother, whom she'd never met before, was also there.
