A woman in Kentucky gave her stepfather the ultimate gift to show her appreciation for his presence in her life.
26-year-old Katlyn Brown presented her stepfather of 23 years, David Stick, with adoption papers and asked him if he would legally adopt her.
Stick appeared to choke up, which Brown says she'd never seen him do before.
