Kindness of son toward sister who has autism brings mom to tears

Samantha Young from Hull, England, always wondered what went on between her children when she wasn’t watching. So, she secretly filmed them to find out. The footage was emotional!
Samantha’s 5-year-old daughter Nina has nonverbal autism and rarely engages with others. That can be hard to understand for her 4-year-old brother Wolf, but he never gives up trying to connect with her.
“He will bring her food and drinks, try to play with her, and make sure she’s comfortable even though she can’t always respond,” said Samantha. "He's always looking out for her."
However, while Samantha knew of her son’s good nature, what she saw on the hidden camera footage brought her to tears.

“He’s like a little protector,” said Samantha. “He just instinctively knows what she needs and tries to help her however he can.”
