When a girl needed help and moral support for a doctor's visit following surgery, her two besties stepped up in style.

Chloe Elise and Brenna Winn's best friend, Sarah Small, tore her ACL while working as a teacher. Your ACL stabilizes your knee joint, and recovery from a tear can be tough and pretty miserable. So, when their injured friend asked for a ride to her follow-up doctor's appointment, Chloe and Brenna decided to do something special to lift her spirits.

Ahead of the drive in Ankeny, Iowa, they showed up in full suits, fake mustaches and black hats, ready to be her private chauffeurs for the day. Though at first, their passenger wasn't so sure.

“Absolutely not," said their giggling friend. "Change or I’m getting an Uber!”

However, in the end, their friend relented, and Chloe and Brenna didn't take the costumes off for the rest of the day. Staying in character by opening doors for their friend, helping to hold her leg up, and acting as "security" outside the door of the doctor's office. Forget Uber and Lyft; these besties had it covered!

Watch these best friends show up in full costumes for their friend's doctor's appointment.
