Which new movies are worth your money?
Looking for a good movie this weekend? Here are the latest releases, trailers and reviews from Paste BN.
'Paddington'
The marmalade-loving bear from "darkest Peru" takes a charming cinematic adventure in the whimsical Paddington. Based on the beloved children's books by Michael Bond, Paddington's journey from South America to London is just droll enough for adults — qualifying as a gentle parable about xenophobia — and exuberant enough for the youngest viewers. (*** out of four stars)

'Blackhat'
Blackhat is a tedious, preposterous and incoherent cyberthriller that is anything but thrilling. Director Michael Mann's globe-trotting drama is devoid of suspense. The story is dramatically inert with one-note characters giving lackluster performances. (* ½ out of four stars)

'The Wedding Ringer'
Perhaps The Wedding Ringer would best be called a low-brow-mance. For those who long for a bromantic comedy along the lines of Wedding Crashers, I Love You Man or The Hangover franchise, this surprisingly sweet and intermittently funny but raunchy buddy flick might suffice. (** ½ out of four stars)

'Spare Parts'
Four Hispanic high school students form a robotics club under the leadership of the school's newest teacher played by George Lopez.
