Oscar winners: What are their next projects?

The Oscars are part of film history. Now it's time for the 2015 winners to get back to work.

Here are the projects in which we will see them next.

Julianne Moore: The best-actress winner for Still Alice gets back into President Alma Coin mode with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 due out Nov. 20.

Also in the pipeline is the drama Freeheld, where Moore plays a decorated New Jersey police detective diagnosed with cancer who fights to leave her pension with her same-sex partner (Ellen Page).

Steve Carell plays an activist and Michael Shannon is a hard-nosed detective fighting for her cause as local officials try to block the pension transfer. The Peter Sollett-directed film is due out later in 2015.

Moore also starts filming Maggie's Plan on Tuesday alongside Ethan Hawke. The Rebecca Miller comedy features Greta Gerwig trying to make it as a young woman in New York City.

Patricia Arquette: The Boyhood star took home the best-supporting-actress trophy Sunday night. Arquette gets right back to the TV with CSI: Cyber starting March 4.

Arquette plays Special Agent Avery Ryan, an FBI cyber-psychologist for the cyber crime division who helps solve high-tech crimes. Expect action and big words.

"It's hard to get your mouth around some of these words," she told Paste BN in January.

Eddie Redmayne: The actor won the best-actor award for The Theory of Everything on Sunday and will resume filming with his Les Miserables director, Tom Hooper, in London.

Redmayne will portray Danish artist Einar Wegener in The Danish Girl. Inspired by a true story, the artist transitions to Lili Elbe. Swedish actress Alicia Vikander portrays Wegener's wife, Gerda. The film is due out in 2016.

J.K. Simmons: The actor scored the best-supporting-actor Oscar for Whiplash. Simmons will next play a character named O'Brien in Terminator Genisys due out in July.

Simmons is also shooting The Accountant with Ben Affleck, where he'll play the head of a financial crimes enforcement group.

Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu: The Birdman director had a busy night Sunday, taking best picture and best director.

He'll continue pushing the envelope with The Revenant, which he is currently shooting with Leonard DiCaprio and Tom Hardy on location in Calgary. The true story focuses on Hugh Glass (DiCaprio), an American fur trapper in the 1800s who is mauled by a grizzly bear.

Glass travels 200 miles to find the men who left him for dead. Revenant means a ghost believed returned from the dead to terrorize the living. The film is due out later this year.
