Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Toby Keith win early CMAs

Let the congratulations begin: Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw and Toby Keith have won the first two CMA Awards of the day.

Chesney and McGraw took musical event of the year, for their duet Feel Like a Rock Star. Keith and director Michael Salomon were winners for the music video for Red Solo Cup.

The wins were announced live on Good Morning America. Both categories are usually presented during pre-televised festivities and will be acknowledged during the awards show.

The 46th annual CMA Awards air live tonight (ABC, 8 p.m. ET/tape delay PT) from Nashville and are co-hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood.
