Morrissey cancels more dates, has bleeding ulcer

Billboard reports that English singer/songwriter Morrissey, who was hospitalized last week in Royal Oak, Mich., has been diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer.

He'll have to stay off the stage for two weeks, says a rep, but he'll resume his tour on Feb. 9 in Las Vegas. The unlucky fans in Asheville, N.C.; Nashville; Atlanta; Lawrence, Kan.; Clear Lake, Iowa; and Lincoln, Neb., will have to wait a little longer for Moz. The rescheduled dates will be announced soon.

Some of the newly canceled shows were already rescheduled from last year, when he shelved touring in October to be with his ailing mother.
