Tech titans are the new rock stars, so when will.i.am wants to boasts of his success, he compares himself to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and says, "I make Google money."

That may be the most patently ridiculous thing on an album that veers often into high-def electro-pop silliness. Will.i.am packs it with overwhelming beats and big-name stars, among them Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Chris Brown and Nicole Scherzinger.

But for his designed-to-trend groove-a-thon, even the phrase "Let's go crazy" is too high-concept, especially when he could just be Gettin' Dumb.
