The Fratellis to go on tour

On Nov. 1, U.K. band The Fratellis inject a little publicity into their upcoming album, We Need Medicine, with a short nine-city tour. The album comes out Oct. 8, but you can get a sense of their blues-rock approach with the new single, Seven Days Seven Nights, out now.
