Miranda Kerr 'on the mend' after car crash
Supermodel Miranda Kerr has been sporting an unpleasant new accessory: a neck brace.
Kerr, 29, was spotted Tuesday wearing the medical collar, although she had artfully draped a scarf around it, nearly concealing it. TMZ reports that on Monday a car smashed into hers on a Los Angeles freeway, leaving her with injuries to her neck and back.
Husband/actor Orlando Bloom, and their 2-year-old son, Flynn, were not with her during the accident. Kerr was said to have been riding with her assistant at the time.
"She is in a lot of pain, but really we are just glad it was not more serious," Kerr's rep, Annie Kelly, told Australia's 9 News.
Kerr reassured fans on Wednesday, tweeting: "thank you all for your love and support. I am on the mend!"
