'Homeland' star Morena Baccarin is expecting

She has alienated people in V or tried to cope with a terrorist husband in Homeland, and now Morena Baccarin will soon be focusing on a new project.

Baccarin, 33, and her husband, director/writer Austin Chick, are expecting their first child together, her rep tells People.

Homeland is currently in production for the show's third season. The Showtime series, which ended Season 2 with the unraveling of Nick Brody's marriage to Jessica (Baccarin), will be back on Sept. 29. No word on how having a baby on board will affect the storyline.
