Busy Phillips delivers baby daughter

Cougar Town actress Busy Phillips announced the July 3 birth of her baby in a casual but oh-so-sweet way.

On Twitter, she wrote: "Look what happened" and posted a black-and-white shot of the new arrival. Those are the same words she used to announce the pregnancy in December.

The actress' rep says the baby was born on July 2 and weighed 8.5 pounds.

Phillips, 34, and husband Marc Silverstein are parent to daughter Birdie, 4. No word on a name for lil sis yet.
