Miley Cyrus is never afraid to show some skin.

And now she's posing completely naked — using her hands to artfully cover up private parts — but it's all for a good cause.

It's her latest collaboration, with Marc Jacobs' Protect The Skin You're In campaign, which raises money for the New York University Skin Cancer Institute.

The new T-shirt features her nude bod and the slogan: Protect the Skin You're in.

The shirts are available at Marc Jacobs boutiques including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston, & Savannah. Price: $35.
