Tameka Foster shares first post-accident photo

Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, is sharing a sweet but somewhat eerie shot of her son, Usher Raymond V. She's cradling him in the hospital and there are balloons and gifts nearby.

"My favorite 5 year old," Tameka captioned the shot on Instagram. "What a blessing! I have always loved and appreciated my sons but tragedies and close calls make this even more evident."

She went on to mention Kile Glover, her 11-year-old son who died in July 2012 after a boating accident, saying Kile is an "angel" who looked "after" little "URV."

Usher V was rushed to the hospital Monday following a pool accident at the performer's Atlanta home.

Tameka, who divorced Usher after two years of marriage in November 2009, has filed for primary custody of their children — Usher V and Naviyd, 4. A year ago, Usher was granted primary custody while Tameka has limited custodial rights after their split, but now she is seeking to reverse the situation. A hearing is set for today at 2 p.m. in Fulton County, Ga., Superior Court.

In the motion, Tameka accuses Usher of "negligence and failure to properly supervise the minor child." She also claims he uses "third-party caregivers" as much as 85% of each month, while he is out of town filming The Voice, performing and working on music.
