They're two of the most powerful people in (fictional) D.C. And on TV.

So who would win in a political duel between Kevin Spacey's Frank Underwood character from House of Cards and Kerry Washington's Olivia Pope of Scandal?

Paste BN's Andrea Mandell posed the question to each Emmy-nominated actor.

Spacey was unequivocal: "Me, hands down. Underwood doesn't lose."

Washington put some, well, spin on her answer. "If we got them to work together, I think they'd be an unstoppable team. It might be global domination."
