Dina Eastwood files for divorce

She's making it official. Dina Eastwood filed divorce papers Monday in Monterey County Superior Court in Carmel, Calif., to end her 17-year marriage to Clint Eastwood.

She cites "irreconcilable differences" and is seeking physical custody of their daughter, Morgan, 16, reports People.

Her filing also states that she and Clint have a prenuptial agreement but that property rights are still "to be determined," says E! News.

In a bit of spouse swapping, Clint, 83, and Dina, 48, are now said to be dating former spouses Scott and Erica Fisher. Scott was a high school friend of Dina's who went on to play in the Australian Basketball League and then a job as assistant coach at the University of Hawaii. He and Dina re-connected as he was finalizing his divorce from Erica, his wife of 10 years, according to court papers. Clint was said to have reached out to Erica, and a romance blossomed.
