Anthony Mackie busted for DWI

Actor Anthony Mackie was arrested Saturday morning on two misdemeanor counts of suspicion of driving while intoxicated, reports AP. A criminal complaint says that Mackie, known for his roles in The Hurt Locker and Pain & Gain, had the smell of alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

The complaint also says Mackie told the officer he drank one beer, and he refused to take a Breathylyzer test..

He was pulled over in Harlem after police spotted him driving in a car with tinted windows.

Ironically, Mackie owns a bar in Brooklyn and is opening a second one next year.
