Ryan Seacrest is rumored to have a new woman in his life: model/personal trainer/chef Shayna Terese Taylor, 38.

The pair were snapped last weekend vacationing on the coast of Uruguay in a series of touchy-feely shots and again on Thanksgiving near Buenos Aires, along with the E! host's parents (so you know it must be serious).

Taylor has a penchant for posting bikini-clad selfies on her Tumblr page, where she insists she doesn't diet. "I just eat healthy."
