Wendy Williams gets waylaid by weather

Talk show host Wendy Williams, 49, shared a photo of herself in a sunny paradise, stretching out her bikini bod in a sunny spot on Sunday.

She promised on Instagram: "I know it's FREEZING, but I'll be BACK TOMORROW with all NEW SHOWS and JUICY, JUICY#HOTTOPICS...get ready...I AM!!! Happy New Year!"

But then, like so many other travelers, she got stuck at her beautiful undisclosed location.

"Weather in #NYC got me stuck and I couldn't fly home," she tweeted.

Finally, after a "long day" of making her way home to New York, she wrote: "The EAGLE has landed!!!! See you in the morning honey child!!"
