Jay Z salutes Blue with line of the night

It's being hailed as the holy grail of the night's lines.

Sure, Jay Z gave a shout out to "that beautiful young lady of a light" in his life, Beyonce, up at the podium when accepting his Grammy for Holy Grail.

But the real "aww" was reserved for his parting word: "I want to tell Blue that Daddy got a gold sippy cup for you!"

Jay then turned the shiny mini gramophone on its side, cup up, and grinned.

On Twitter, The Hollywood Reporter voiced the obvious quibble: "C'mon, Jay. As if ALL of her sippy cups aren't gold."

Nonetheless, the trending term of the evening? #goldsippycup
