With the photo showing the star in a boat on some water with trees and clouds in the background (and is that a glass of red wine in her hand?), Gomez captioned the photo: "I've done everything I could to the best of my ability. Thank you for the unconditional love and cyber hugs. You inspire me."

Gomez, 21, recently acknowledging spending two weeks at a treatment center for "emotional issues." She needed a break.
