Lady Gaga is last to arrive at Oscars

She was dead last to arrive on the Oscar red carpet Sunday night.

Lady Gaga swept in just before the show started.

The surprising thing? She looked like a lot of the other stars — regal in a lovely strapless Versace gown.

Nothing crazy.

She struck a pose before scooting inside for the show.
